Fairfield will be looking to win their 3rd straight game on Sunday playing Iona at the Arena at Harbor Yards. The Stags (9-14) are 7-6 in the MAAC, directly ahead of Iona (10-15), who is 6-7 in the MAAC and on a 3 game winning streak of their own. Full Story

Fairfield will be on the road Sunday playing Marist in Poughkeepsie NY. The Stags (5-10) will be looking to go 4-2 in the MAAC. Marist is in first place tie in the MAAC with a 4-1 record and is 10-6 overall. Marist's only losses have come on the road or nuetral courts against Miami, UMASS, Houston, Temple, St Johns and Niagara . Full Story

On December 22nd 2006, Fairfield changed its starting line-up to include Herbie Allen at guard and Mike Evanovich at forward. Since then, they have gone 2-2 with wins at St Peters and Loyola(MD), and losses to St Joes and William and Mary on the road. Full Story

The Stags play in the Metro Atlantic Conference, the MAAC seems to pull off major upsets every year in the NCAA tournament.
