The Fairfield Stags (4-3) will look to win their 4th in a row as they host St Peter's College (1-4) on Friday 12/5 at 7:30pm at the Arena at Harbor Yards. Here is the scouting report:

St. Peter's has beat LIU in their lone win this season. They have lost to Lehigh, Wagner, Boston University and Rutgers.

Wesley Jenkins (6-2) scores 18.2ppg and is a dangerous 3-point shooter. He has to be the focus of the Stags defense. Nick Leon (5-11) averages 13.8ppg and has been most effective going to the hoop. He has made only 2 of 20 three-pointers, but is a streaky shooter. These 2 players account for 56% of the Peacocks scoring.

Freshman point guard, Brandon Hall (6-1), has played solid and has 17 assists with only 6 turnovers in five games. He usually comes off the bench, but plays over 20mpg.

In the froncourt, Ryan Bacon has had some up and down scoring games, but he is a consistent force on the boards (6.6rpg) and as an athletic shot blocker. Akeem Gooding is a 6-4 forward who is also athletic, but does not have the strength to be a power inside guy, nor does he have the shooter's touch to be a consistent outside player. Ismaila Traore is 6-6 and offers more size than Gooding, but is not a big scorer (2.8ppg).

St Peters advantage is that they will be a quick team at all 5 positions.
